Marguerite Tinlin 86, a lifelong resident of Garrettsville, died Wednesday, April 18, 2018. She was born July 2, 1931 in Garrettsville to Burt Carlton and Agnes (Scott) Cooper. Marguerite worked various part time jobs and attended Garrettsville United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her sons James F. (Debbie) Tinlin of Wisconsin and Michael G. (Sue) Tinlin of Aurora, grandchildren Stacy (Brian) Snyder, Stephanie (Arlon) Johnson, Scott (Alyssa) Tinlin, Andrew (Rebecca) Tinlin and great grandchildren Brody, Olivia, Landen and Beau. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Robert D. Tinlin in 1999, sister Marie Sweda and brothers Malcom and Gordon Cooper. Calling hours will be from 6 PM until time of funeral service at 8 PM Monday, April 23, 2018 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel.

Reverend Robert Burgess will officiate. Private family burial will be in Park Cemetery in Garrettsville. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Community Ambulance, 10804 Forest Street, Garrettsville, OH 44231 or Crossroads Hospice, 3743 Boettler Oaks Drive, Uniontown, OH 44685.
