Maria’s Obituary Maria Barrera, 82 of Patterson passed away Thursday, January 3rd at Doctor’s Medical Center in Modesto. Mrs. Barrera was born in Mexico and was a resident of Patterson for 51 years. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Patterson.

Mrs. Barrera is survived by her sons, Peter Barrera of Modesto, Maximiano Barrera, Jr. of Turlock, Jose Barrera of Houston, TX, Alejandro Barrera and Pablo Barrera both of Patterson; daughters, Tomasa Barrera, Alexandrina Delao, Marina Grimbleby all of Modesto and Lorraine Marie Barrera of Tracy; brother, Gonzalo Segoviano of Texas; sisters, Juana Segoviano, Angelia Rivera and Lupe Segoviano all of Patterson; 21 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maximiano Barrera, Sr. A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm followed by a Rosary at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, January 9th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Patterson. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Thursday, January 10th at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Patterson.

Interment to follow at Patterson District Cemetery in Patterson. Services conducted by Hillview Funeral Chapel, Patterson.
