Marion Jean (Santoro) Infanti, fondly known as Jean, entered into eternal rest on January 31, 2019 with her loving family by her side. Born in Greenwich, CT on October 24, 1942, Jean was the daughter of the late John Santoro, and Letizia (Marullo) Santoro. Jean grew up in Cos Cob, CT until she married Frank Infanti and moved to Stamford, CT.

She supported her husband in their longtime family owned service station located on Atlantic Street in Stamford. She enjoyed working as a babysitter and being a homemaker, welcoming all who entered her home. Jean and her family enjoyed boating and fishing.

Her love of animals was apparent, as she always had a loving dog by her side. Seemingly, every dog was her “best friend”. Most recently, she was taking care of her late daughter’s dog and cat, Pudgie and Frankie.

Jean was also a supporter of the ASPCA. Jean was also a longtime parishioner of Our Lady Star of the Sea R.C. church. Her faith provided her with spiritual support throughout the years and was a big part of her life.

Jean is predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Infanti, her daughter Ann Infanti, her son John Infanti, and her father John Santoro. She’s survived by her mother Letizia Santoro, her sister Linda Eberheim and husband Bob, all of Greenwich, CT; her sister in law Theresa Infanti of Stamford, CT; her niece Lisa Cutler and her husband Mike and their children Megan and Chris; her nephew Robert Eberheim of Greenwich, CT; her niece Beckey Sikes and her children Daniel and Jessica of Stratford, CT. Friends and relatives may call on Sunday, February 3rd from 2pm to 4pm.

A mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Our Lady Star of the Sea R.C. Church, 1200 Shippan Ave, Stamford on Monday February 4th at 11:00am. Interment will immediately follow at St. John R.C. Cemetery, 25 Camp Ave, Darien, CT 06820 In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made in memory of Jean to the ASPCA, www. aspca.org or call 800-628-0028.

Her family has entrusted the funeral arrangements to Bosak Funeral Home, 453 Shippan Avenue in Stamford, CT, www. bosakfuneralhome.com.
