Jesus Manuel Burgos, known to his family and friends as Jake, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Friday, October 12th. Born in Orocovis, Puerto Rico, Jake came to Stamford, CT when he was 19 years old. He is survived by his three adult children Carmen M. Burgos of New Haven, Frances Lopez (Victor Lopez) of Waterbury and his son Jesus M. Burgos, Jr. (Melissa Lopez) of Bridgeport, CT.

Jake is also survived by several brothers and sisters in both Puerto Rico and New Jersey. Services for Jake will be held on Saturday, October 20th from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Bosak Funeral Home & Cremation located at 453 Shippan Ave. , in Stamford, CT.
