Mary Beth (Vinskoski) Richard, 76, of Norway, died Friday, March 22, 2019 at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital. She was born on March 27, 1942 in Munising, the daughter of the late Eugene and Matilda (VanLandschoot) Vinskoski. Mary Beth attended Sacred Heart Elementary School and Wm.G. Mather High School in Munising, graduating with the class of 1960.

After graduation she attended the Muskegon School of Business and upon completing her year returned to Munising and a job at the Kimberly Clark Paper Mill. She also worked for the Laborer’s Union. She married Gene Richard on Sept.

2, 1967 in Iron Mountain. Mary Beth was a caregiver and a foster mom to many children. She enjoyed gambling, playing bingo and watching TV, especially westerns.

She is survived by her husband, Gene, her daughters Kelly (Scott) Kline of Norway, and Cyndi Richard of Loretto, sister Ruth Ann (Dean) Pokela of Munising, two granddaughters Tianna Sanchez and Bobbie Jo Wagner, two great grandchildren Khloe and Kayden Olp, a special foster son Mike Faccio, a niece Tammy (Jeff Hutting) Pokela, and great nephews Garrison and Carter Pokela-Hutting.
