Mary Helen Chafin, 92, of Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away November 22, 2018. She was born April 23, 1926, in Terre Haute, Indiana to Harold Cline and Anna (Donanhoffer) Cline. Mary was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church in Brazil, Indiana.

She devoted her working life to Nursing. She worked as an RN at St. Anthony’s Hospital. Mary enjoyed hunting and fishing.

She was a member of Order of Eastern Star. Mary is preceded in death by her parents, and her son John Davis. She is survived by her husband of 54 years Richard Alan Chafin; children Kathleen Atterson, Robert Davis, James Westra, Timothy Chafin, David Chafin, and Gayle Chafin; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great grandchildren.

In honoring Mary’s wishes, cremation has been chosen. Care and arrangements have been entrusted to Greiner Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.
