Obituary for Mary Lee Ellis Mary Lee Ellis, age 87, of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Saturday, April 29, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o’clock am, Tuesday, May 1st, at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View with Bro. Paul Edwards officiating.

Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham with Jason Klingerman, Anthony Johnson, Arnold Allen, Chip Cirillo, Andrew Morris, and Ronnie Balthrop serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4:00-8:00PM Monday, April 30th, and again on Tuesday beginning at 10:00AM until the hour of service. Mrs. Ellis was born on July 28, 1930 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Turner and Emma Harris Johnson.

She was retired from Washington Manufacturing and was a member of Pleasant View United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Ellis; brothers, J.B. Johnson, James Johnson, and Donald Johnson; sister, Dolly Allen. Survivors include her daughter, Lynn (Bill) Seifert; brother, Bill Johnson; granddaughters, Tracie Keeton (Jason “Chip” Klingerman), and Meribeth Come; a number of step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; special friend, Henry Poole; numerous nieces and nephews.
