Obituary for Mrs. Mary V. Rengel Mary Valentina Rengel of Tinton Falls NJ passed away on September 5, 2018. Mary was born on May 21, 1930 in Pittsburgh PA. to the late Paul Janukitas and Valentina Strzyzewski.

Mary was predeceased by her loving sister Pauline Weiss. Mary was married for 49 years to her beloved husband, the late Frank G Rengel of Jersey City, NJ. Mary’s family was of the utmost importance to her.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Valerie and Jack Reeth, Alison Rengel, Frank and April Rengel, Robert and Susan Rengel, and Laurie and Bryan Campbell. Mary was a devoted aunt to her nieces Sr. Mary Roy Weiss SSND, and Joan Pasetty and her nephew Roy A Weiss. She was an adoring grandmother of Juliette Roseth, John Reeth IV, and David Reeth.

Mary was proud to be a great grandmother to Laurel Roseth, who brought a new found joy to her final years. Mary will be laid to rest alongside her husband, at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City. There will be a viewing from 7:00-9:00pm at Ely’s Funeral Home in Neptune NJ, funeral mass to be held on Saturday September 8th at 10:00am at Holy Innocents RC Church in Neptune, NJ.
