Melanie Jo (Minton) Robertson, age 46, of Evansville, IN, passed away at 11:40 a.m. on Sunday, September 23, 2018. Melanie was born February 12, 1972, in Fort Smith, AR, to George and Debra Ann (Weissmann) Minton. She was a member of Center of Hope Church.

Melanie enjoyed dancing, music, and singing out loud. She is survived by her father, George Minton; her beloved husband of 22 years, John Robertson; children, Steven, Shawn, Michael, Johnny, Dylan, George, and Alicia; and 11 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her mother, Debra Minton and grandmother, Delores Trent.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 28, 2018 at Boone Funeral Home East Chapel – A Family Tradition Funeral Home, 5330 Washington Avenue with Pastor Charles Farber officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time, Friday, September 28, 2018 at BOONE FUNERAL HOME EAST CHAPEL.
