Obituary for Merne L. Hall Merne L. Hall, 87 of South Connellsville died Saturday October 27, 2018 at her home. She was born April 3, 1931 in Connellsville a daughter of the late Clifford and Eva Gray Pritchard. Merne was a former manager at the Return Bread Store on the West Side of Connellsville for many years.

She was a member of Teamsters Union. She was a 65 year member of the Albright United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Pastor-Parish Relations Committee and the church choir. Merne was a lover of singing and she sang at many weddings and funerals over the years.

She is survived by two children, Jenifer Tressler of South Connellsville and Charles David Hall, Jr. of Uniontown; two grandchildren, Lisa Dolan and her husband Denny of South Connellsville and Chadd Tressler and his companion of Samantha of South Connellsville; a great grandchild, Kaleb Tressler; two sisters, Wilma Hall of Mount Pleasant and Vera Jane Tudor of Arizona and a special cousin Judy Gilpin of Everson. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Charles David Hall in 1986; sister Jesse Boisky and her longtime companion Tony Christopher. Friends will be received from 2-8 P.M. Tuesday in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 111 E. Green St., Connellsville where services where be held on Wednesday at 10:00 A.M. with Rev.
