Obituary for William A. Snyder Sr. William A. Snyder, Sr., 77 of Indian Head died Thursday October 4, 2018 at his home. He was born March 21, 1941 in Indian Head a son of the late David and Velma Garletts Snyder. He was a self employed Construction worker and he was member of the Light on the Hill Outreach Church.

He is survived by his wife Donna Saylor Snyder; two children, William Snyder, Jr. and his wife Melissa of Connellsville and Shirley Mishler and her husband Kevin of Indian Head; five grandchildren, Matthew, Abigail and Sarah Mishler , Jonathan Sherman and Christian Snyder; one great granddaughter Isabelle Basinger; one sister, Molly Stewart of Connellsville; a foster son Rick Snyder and his wife Kate of Normalville and many nieces and nephews and their families. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by a daughter, Catherine Sherman and sisters, Shirley Grant, Rosella Nicklow and Catherine Bish. Friends will be received from 2-9 P.M. Sunday in the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., corner of Municipal Building Road and Route 711, Melcroft where services will be held on Monday at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Benjamin Wiltrout officiating.

Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to 365 Hospice in memory of William A.
