Obituary for John T. Czerniak John T. Czerniak,83 of Mount Pleasant died Sunday November 25, 2018 in the Amber House, Mount Pleasant. He was born January 27, 1935 in Mount Pleasant a son of the late Joseph and Frances Kempczynski Czerniak. John was a graduate of the former Ramsay High School.

He was employed at Fisher Body for over 43 years. He was a member of the Bridgeport Sportsmen Club. John is survived by his wife Lenora Thomas Czerniak; two children, John Timothy Czerniak and his wife Karen of Virginia and Joyce Jones and her husband Ed of Mount Pleasant; grandchildren, Sean Czerniak, Adam Czerniak, Heather Melville, Seth Jones and his wife Miranda and Chaz Jones; six great grandchildren, Brodey, Zac, Lexee, Gia, Austin and Raelynn and two sisters-in-law, Leona Czerniak of Scottdale and Patty Czerniak of Mount Pleasant.

John was the last surviving member of his immediate family. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Edward, Thomas”Blackie”, Paul, Joseph and James Czerniak and sisters, Margaret Kalp, Elizabeth Yuschak, Irene Hobbs, Evelyn Ragsdale, Frances Snyder and Mary Czerniak. Friends will be received from 2-4, 6-8 P.M. Tuesday in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant where services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. with Rev.
