Obituary for Merle Glenn Craig Merle Glenn Craig, 86 of Ruffsdale went home to be with the Lord on Saturday November 24, 2018 in Excela Health Frick Hospital. He was born April 21, 1932 in Tarrs a son of the late Merle and Elsie Stoner Craig. Mr. Craig was employed by Westland Dairy and he was also a lifelong , hard working farmer.

He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Rae Erwin and her husband Paul David of Warren, Pa. ; his granddaughter Heather Marie Erwin of Warren; two great grandchildren, Cameron and Jaxson; one brother, Fred Craig and his wife Peggy of Franklin; three sisters, Marion Porch of Acme, Helen Berg of Florida and Nancy Harkcom of Mount Pleasant; a sister-in law, Marlene Silk of Mount Pleasant, who looked after him and assisted in his support and care and her sons, Mark, Don and Scott. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Maxine Rae Summy Craig; two brothers, Henry and Samuel Craig; two sisters, Jane Bitner and Eleanor Ramsier and brothers-in-law, Cub Porch, Rich Harkcom and Ed Summy, who was a good friend to him.

Friends will be received in the Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M., the hour of services with Rev. Brian Geesaman officiating. Interment will follow in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
