Obituary for Michael Jude Felarise Sr. Obituary for Michael Jude Felarise Sr. Michael Jude Felarise Sr., 55, a native and resident of Golden Meadow, Louisiana passed away on June 3, 2018. A visitation will be held in his honor on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Golden Meadow, Louisiana from 9:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. The burial will follow in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Penny C. Felarise; sons, Michael (Jennifer) Felarise Jr. and Ramsey (Beth) Felarise; father, Gilbert Felarise; siblings, Wayne Felarise Sr., Rose Plaisance, and Sandy Duet; grandchildren, Dax Felarise, Beau Felarise, Jenalyn Mendizabal, Conner Felarise, Ryelee Felarise, and Belle Felarise; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Enola Cheramie Felarise and grandson, Rage Felarise. His passion was the outdoors.

He spent his time working and playing on the water, fishing, shrimping, crabbing, crawfishing and most of all teaching his ways to his sons. He enjoyed duck and deer hunt mostly but if he was invited to go hunt anything it was a yes. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
