Michael Williams, Jr. a life long resident of Gainestown, AL made his transition from this life on Sunday April 29, 2018 he was 33 years of age. Michael was born at Jackson Memorial Hospital on July 30, 1984 to Michael and Barbara Williams Washington of Gainestown, AL. Michael was a 2004 graduate of Jackson High School.

He loved fishing, washing cars and his pit bull dogs. Michael would help anyone in the community and he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Michael leaves to cherish his memories his parents Michael and Barbara Williams Washington two brothers Shane Williams, Orlando Williams of Gainstown, two sisters, Yolanda Williams, and Michelle Williams of Gainstown, two devoted aunts, Frances Hunt and Iver Hunt; grandparents, Daniel and Ida Jines of Walker Springs with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, two nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Friday May 4 from 4 til 5p.m. at the Jackson Memorial Funeral Home, 203 East Ross St Jackson, AL 36545. Service will be held Saturday May 5 with viewing from 2 until the 3 p.m. Funeral hour at Antioch A.M.E. Church in Gainestown where Johnathan Baker is pastor. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
