Michael E. Patunas, 51, of Ramsey passed away suddenly on August 30, 2018. Born January 4, 1967 in Jersey City, NJ to Ann and Eugene Patunas. Survived by his wife of 25 years, Jill and their four children Emily, Alexander, Lauren and Sarah.

Sisters Mia Rubin (Richard), Melissa Matos (Joe), brother Matthew (Christina), many nieces, nephews and life-long friends. Michael was a proud graduate of Villanova University (’88) and Seton Hall University School of Law (’91). Founder of Patunas Law LLC, Newark.

An accomplished litigator with broad experience representing national and multinational corporate clients. He also served as a director of Historical Society of US District Court for NJ and appeared on the “super lawyers” list 2010 and 2018. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, September 7th at 10 AM at St. Margaret’s of Cortona in Little Ferry.
