Mike Brixey December 18, 1948 ~ February 1, 2019 Barney Michael Brixey, 70, passed away Friday, February 1, 2019. He was born December 18, 1948 in Salt Lake City, UT to Barney and Cleo Brixey. Mike married his beloved wife, Kathy Pritzkau on January 5, 1973 at the Salt Lake City LDS Temple.

She preceded him in death. He was the kindest of men, a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and a beloved family member. Mike is survived by his children, Matthew (Jhean) Brixey, Mark (Shelli) Brixey, Luke (Kellie) Brixey, and Katie Brixey; and the light of his life, his seven grandchildren.

He is also survived by his brothers, Al and Randy Brixey and his sister, Cheryl Soderborg. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 2 p.m. Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Uintah Cemetery.
