Obituary for Mollie Burnett Mollie Inez Burnett, 90, resident of Quiet Acres Rest Home, widow of Richard Earl Burnett, died Friday, June 1, 2018 at Hospice House. Born in Troy, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Byrd and Lila Mae Mosley Beauford. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church.

Surviving are her son, Karl David Burnett (Cynthia Cox Burnett) of Lexington; a brother, Archie Eustace Beauford of Abbeville; two grandsons, Richard Burnett and Charles Foy; and three step grandchildren, Charles Ayers, Jr., Amanda Turner, and Maria Meadors. In addition to her husband and her parents, Mollie was preceded in death by two brothers, Everett Beauford and James Donald Beauford. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Harley Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev.

Craig C. Scott and Rev. Michael Evans officiating. Burial will be private.
