Morgan’s Obituary Morgan L. Balch, 82, of Oswego, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019, at Morning Star Residential Facility. Born in Oswego, he was the son of the late Royce P. and Helena (Farmer) Balch. He was a United States Veteran having served 13 years as Chief Petty Officer in the NAVY.

Morgan proudly followed in his father’s footsteps as an Electrician by trade. He was an avid collector and reader of books, especially historical ones. He was a proud member of Mensa and an advocate of animal rights.

Morgan spent many hours politicking with his family and friends. Surviving are his sister, Suzanne Germain; nephew, Jeff (Linda) Germain; and nieces Jennifer (Mark) Tombollilo and Ginger (Bud) Skinner; great nephews, Seth and Sean Skinner, and Christian and Kenneth Tombollilo. Services will be private and a spring burial will be held at the convenience of the family at Riverside Cemetery with Military Honors.
