Myrtis’ Obituary Funeral services for Mrs. Janice Williams will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville with Reverend Jim Thomasee officiating. Interment will follow in Palmer Chapel Cemetery, Kolin, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville. Mrs. Williams, 64, of Deville, entered eternal rest on Friday, February8, 2019 in her residence.

Janice was a homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, her fur babies and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Williams is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Myrtis Kojis and one daughter, Jennifer “Cotton” Newman. Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include her loving husband of thirty years, Dewey Williams of Deville; two sisters, Jonnie Birdwell and her husband Richard of Alexandria, Jean Wells of Walker; one brother, John Thompson of Alexandria; three grandchildren, Amber Newman of Deville, Tristan Steele of Marksville, Patrick Newman of Deville and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 12:00 noon until time of service.
