Earl’s Obituary Memorial services for Mr. Earl Luke Vaughn, Sr. will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Baptist Mission Center, Pineville, with Reverend Jim Thomasee officiating, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville. Mr. Earl Luke Vaughn, Sr, 87, of Pineville, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at The Oaks Care Center, Pineville, LA. He was a retired ornamental welder who attended Liberty Baptist Church and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Rowena Vaughn. Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include his loving wife of sixty-six years, Lorena Cole Vaughn, of Rigolette; one son, Earl L. Vaughn, Jr. and his wife, Doodie, of Pineville; three daughters, Trudy Davis, of New Orleans, Sunday Allen, of Pineville and Tuesday Simmons and her husband, Jesse, of SC. ; five grandchildren, Woody Vaughn, Brooke Self, Justin Allen, Margarette Davis and Weston Simmons and six great grandchildren.
