NancyAnn Demler, 86, of South Bend, IN passed away at 6:15 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at the Sanctuary at Holy Cross. She was born on March 22, 1932 in South Bend, IN to the late Guy and Victora (Burris) Gibbons. On May 30, 1960 in St. Petersburg, FL, she was united in marriage to Daniel Demler.

NancyAnn is survived by her husband, Daniel Demler; two daughters, Mary (William) Luley of St. Charles, MO and Julie (Douglas) Martindale of South Bend, IN; son, Daniel (Heather) Demler, Jr. of South Bend, IN; ten grandchildren, Patrick (Brenda) Luley, Andrew (Colleen) Luley, Tracy (Paul) Flicek, Racheal (Rem) Yoder, Elizabeth (Geoff) Brown, Matthew (Anastasia) Martindale Jr., Danielle Martindale, Emily Demler, Hayley Demler and Abigail Demler; seven great grandchildren, Claire Luley, James Luley, Charlotte Luley, Heidi Brown, Kaitlin Brown, Anna Yoder and TJ Yoder and sister, Judy Heideman of Moscow, ID. NancyAnn was a lifelong resident. She served her country honorably in the United States Navy.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 23, 2018 at Cathedral of St. James, 117 N. Lafayette Blvd. South Bend, IN. Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. Friday prior to the service.
