NOLAN’s Obituary Nolan Phillip Kukula , born the son of Andrew and Rhiannon Kukula on February 12, 2019, is at rest after a 20-day struggle in the NICU at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, Park Ridge, IL. He was called to God in the early morning hours of Monday March 4, 2019 cradled in his mother’s arms, and surrounded by the love of his father and grandparents. Nolan is survived by his parents: Andy and Rhiannon of Lindenhurst, IL; maternal grandparents: Joe and Nadine Dziedzic of Beach Park, IL; paternal grandparents: Mike and Lisa Kukula of Round Lake Beach, IL; a great-grandmother Mary Lou Kukula of Chicago, IL; uncles: Brian (Starsha Richmond) Kukula of Oak Creek, WI and Jeremy (Irene) Dziedzic of Bensenville, IL; and many other relatives.

Nolan was preceded in death by his great-grandparents: George Kukula, Phil and June Pribyl, Bernard and Anna Migala, and Frank and Stella Dziedzic. The family would like to thank everyone for all the support, love and encouragement they have received throughout this difficult time. They could not have survived this without all of you.

A private memorial will be held in Nolan’s honor to celebrate his short but meaningful life. In lieu of flowers, donations to the March of Dimes 141 W. Jackson Blvd, Suite 1875 Chicago, IL 60604 are appreciated in Nolan’s memory. Arrangements were entrusted to the STRANG FUNERAL HOME OF ANTIOCH.
