Obituary for Norma L. Leech Norma L. Cochran, Burton, Blake, Leech, 88, of Cross Lanes passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 at her residence. Born in Cedar Grove to the late Leonard and Norma N. Smith Cochran. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, A. Hugh Burton, Jr., William J. Blake and Robert Leech; brothers, Leonard Cochran, Jr., and Bobby Cochran.

Norma was retired from the State of West Virginia, Education Department. She was a Christian and a former member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church. She really enjoyed getting together once a month with East Bank High School Alumni Group and loved to tap dance.

Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen L. and Christie Burton of Cross Lanes and Michael W. and Denise Burton of Charleston; brother, Donald Cochran of Charleston. Also surviving are 3 grandchildren and four great grandchildren, her favorite cousins, Phyllis and Erma June. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Cunningham Memorial Park, Lower Mausoleum Chapel, St. Albans with the Pastor Claude Spurlock officiating.

Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service at the cemetery. The family would like to give a special thanks to Missy Willard, for taking such wonderful care of their mother over the years.
