Norma L. Smith, 77 Norma L. Smith, 77 of Portsmouth died Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Pristine Senior Living. She was born January 16, 1941 in Portsmouth to the late Edward Albert and Betty Joann Elliott Hedrick I. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by 2 brothers; Thomas Craig Hedrick and David Ross Hedrick, a sister; Shirley Jean Hotstetter, and a brother-in-law; Robert Caudill. Norma is survived by a sister; Brenda Sue Caudill of New Boston, 2 brothers; Michael James Hedrick of Columbus and Edward Albert Hedrick Jr. of Grove City, along with several nieces and nephews.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.
