Odile M.T. Tolme, 68, of Amesbury, MA, passed away on Monday, January 14th, 2019 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill, surrounded by her loving family. Odile was born in Noumea, New Caledonia. She went to Sacred Heart Grammar and High School, and graduated in 1969.

She came to this country with her family in 1957, settling in Middleboro and moving to Lawrence in 1958. She was a Unit secretary for Lawrence General Hospital for 15 years, and also worked with Elder Services. Ms. Tolme loved playing the acoustic guitar, doing oil painting, and cooking and baking for her family.

She also loved to sing and belonged to the Holy Trinity Church Choir. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was very devoted to her Catholic faith and loved EWTN with Mother Angelica.

She is survived by her brother Phillippe M. Tolme and his wife Mary E. of Littleton, CO; sister Denise M.C. Guepy and her husband Alain J. of Windham, NH; nephews Gregory, Charlton, Christian, Justin and Philippe Jr.; nieces Karen, Elizabeth and Randi; grand-nephews Noah and Asher; and grand-nieces Glenda, Ava, Emma, and Celeste. Memorial Contributions may be made to Eternal World Television Network (EWTN), 5817 Old Leeds Road, Irondale, AL, 35210 USA / ewtn.com, or High Pointe Hospice House, 360 North Ave, Haverhill, MA 01830. A funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 AM on Friday, January 18th, 2019 at St. Matthew Parish, 2 Searles Road, Windham, NH 03087.

Public calling hours will be held before Mass from 9:15 to 10:00 AM in the church, and burial will follow Mass at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Methuen.
