Obituary for PATRICIA (PALMACCIO) HIGGINS Patricia M. (Palmaccio) Higgins, 68, of Solvay, passed away Tuesday at Crouse Hospital. She was born in Brooklyn to the late Patrick and Mary (McGonigle) Palmaccio in 1950. She worked in the collections department for several area banks and was a Home Health Aid in Syracuse for nearly 30 years before retiring.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband Michael Higgins. She is survived by her 2 sons; Donald (Rebecca) Bullis, of Merrimac, MA and Aaron Higgins, of Solvay, 2 brothers; Thomas (Diane) Palmaccio, of Haverhill, MA and Patrick Palmaccio, of Leominster, MA, an aunt; Corrine Leigh, and her niece and nephews; Julie, Kevin, Garret and Geordie. Family and friends may call from 5 pm to 7 pm Friday with a Memorial service to follow at 7 pm at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Avenue, Solvay, NY.
