Patricia Ruddle January 15, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Patricia W. Ruddle, 88, of Hershey, passed away on January 15, 2019 in the Hershey Medical Center. She was born January 3, 1931 in Hershey, daughter of the late John H. and Erma (Shelly) Williams. Patricia was a retired PA state employee.

Her memberships and activities included Grace United Methodist Church of Hummelstown; an avid participant of the Derry Township Aquacise program; and a supporter of the Harrisburg Area Humane Society. She is survived by her son, Michael (Karen) Ruddle of Hershey and grandson, Nicholas. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother John Williams.

It was Patricia’s wishes for a private memorial service in her church. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions to: Humane Society of Harrisburg Area, 7790 Grayson Rd. , Harrisburg, PA 17111.
