Obituary for Paul B Billiard Jr. Paul Benjamin Billiard, Jr, 82, of Phillipsburg, NJ passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at The Gardens of Easton in Easton, PA. Paul was born in Easton on January 3, 1936 and was son to the late Paul B. Billiard, Sr. Paul was a window cleaner with George Hanisak Window Cleaning of Phillipsburg. He was also employed with Victaulic of Easton.

Paul proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps. He enjoyed playing cards, bowling, and roller skating. Paul is survived by his sons, Roger Billiard and Mark Billiard and his wife, Sara all of Phillipsburg; daughter, Penny Consentino and her husband Richard of Phillipsburg; grandchildren, David Shriner, Jesse-James Consentino, Mark Billiard, Jr, Ashley Consentino, Joseph Billiard, Kayla Billiard, and Codi Consentino; great-grandchildren, Brady James Kent Shriner, Seth Billiard, Rylee Fay Ann Kophazy, Christian Alan Paul Shriner, and Oliver Douglas Neil-Billiard.

Paul was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn Billiard; son, Paul B. Billiard III; and a great-grandson, Thayer Shriner. A Funeral Service for Paul will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 12pm at the Rupell Funeral Home, LLC; 465 Memorial Parkway; Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. A Visitation of Family and Friends will be held from 10am until service time at the funeral home.

Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine in Palmer Township, PA. In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made in Paul’s name to the American Cancer Society; 7 Ridgedale Ave. ; Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927.
