Obituary for Raymond Joseph Eifler Sr. Raymond Joseph Eifler Sr., 84, of Bonita Springs, FL, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Formerly of Farmington Hills, MI, he had been a Bonita Springs resident since 1993. He was born September 4, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of Joseph and Lillian (née Polhemus) Eifler.

Mr. Eifler is survived by his loving wife, Henriette (née Hammon) Eifler; his devoted sons, Raymond J. (Jennifer) Eifler Jr. of Farmington Hills, MI and Brig. Gen. Brian S. (Sherry) Eifler; stepson, Anthony (Sandra) Spachtholz of Columbus, IN; seven cherished grandchildren, Jacqueline, Vanessa, Sara, Erika, Spencer, Logan and Connor; and one treasured great grandson, Anthony.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Marilyn and a stepson, Peter. A memorial service will be held Monday, December 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Bonita Springs, 9751 Bonita Beach Rd. , Bonita Springs.

Inurnment will follow in the church Resurrection Garden. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, www. cancer.org or to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.
