Raymond’s Obituary Raymond “Ray” Seabolt, 85, of Nitro, went home to be with the Lord after a very long illness on Friday, March 29, 2019. He was born on March 5, 1934, in Clio, to the late Lonnie and Sarah Seabolt. Ray played and sang gospel music for more than 50 years.

He excelled in all sports and coached and managed little league baseball. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his 9 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his beloved wife of 21 years and 7 months, Paula “Baby Girl” Seabolt; son, Michael Seabolt and wife Lianzi of Lake Jackson, TX; daughters, Debbie Rhodes and husband Bill of Cross Lanes, Jill Roberts and husband Gary of Cross Lanes, Tonya Kozak and husband Chris of Charleston; special niece, Susie Ware of Charleston; one grandson; three granddaughters; and three great granddaughters.

A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Rev. Randy Stanley officiating. Entombment will be in Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
