Richard’s Obituary Richard Dewayne Coffman, 73, of Bluefield, WV passed away Friday, January 18, 2019. He was born August 18, 1945 in Charleston, WV, the son of the late Tenneson and Eugenia Page Coffman. Richard was a veteran of the United States Navy, having served in the Vietnam War and he made his living as a maintenance mechanic.

He was a member of Southview Church. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Judy Phillips Coffman; two step-sons, Larry Smith and John D. Smith; half-brother, Ronnie White; sister, Patty Boundy; and six grandchildren. To abide by Richard’s wishes, he was cremated and there will be no services.
