Richard “Dick” Sheldon, age 83, of Clarksville passed away on Monday, May 7, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on October 17, 1934 to Kenneth L and Lucy M (Richardson) Sheldon in Clarksville. On June 8, 1956 he married Geraldine Powers and she preceded him in death on April 21, 2018.

Dick liked to go fishing and enjoyed farming. He also enjoyed watching the Tigers play ball. He will be dearly missed by; children Allen (Diane) Sheldon, Rhonda Hillabrandt, Lisa (Marty) Horstman, Donna (Michael) Willette; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Geraldine; 5 brothers and 1 sister. Visitation will be held on May 9, 2018 from 4pm until 7pm at the Koops Funeral Chapel, Lake Odessa, MI. Funeral services will be held on May 10, 2018 at 11am at the Clarksville Bible Church, Clarksville, MI.

Burial will take place at the Clarksville Cemetery following the funeral. Memorials in Dick’s name can be given to Clarksville First Responders. Online condolences can be left at www.
