Richard’s Obituary HOHN, Richard – of Grand Blanc, age 87, passed away January 18, 2019. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, January 24, 2019 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 404 N. Dayton St., Davison; Rev.

Fr. John Machiorlatti celebrant. Inurnment with Military Honors under the auspices of the Davison American Legion Post #267 will be in St. John Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 AM until time of Mass on Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to masses at the church or the Humane Society of Genesee County. Richard was born in Flint, MI on October 14, 1931, son of the late Adam and Violet (Warren) Hohn.

He married Betty Gallagher on September 8, 1956. Richard enjoyed fishing, hunting and winter sports including snowmobiling. He was a member of the Davison American Legion Post #267 and St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

Richard worked at the Flint Journal and the Flint Auto Auction. Richard is survived by his wife, Betty; children, Krisann Hohn, Mark (Cynthia) Hohn and Deanne (Frank) Mar; grandchildren, Caitlin and Jacob; sister, Darlene (Leroy) Reif; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Don and Bernard.
