Obituary for Richard “Rick” Bibelhauser Sr. Bibelhauser, Richard A. Sr. “Rick and BeBo”, 66, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018 with his family by his side. He was a retired volunteer firefighter with the Lake Dreamland , Dixie Suburban and Camp Taylor Fire Departments . He had been a Shively City Councilman for two terms in the 1980’s.

Rick was a grateful member of AA’s Easy Does it Club on Lowers Hunters Trace and the Care Center on Bells Lane for 15 years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Mary Bibelhauser (Boots); father, Charles Bibelhauser (Buddy) and brother, Joseph “Nick” Bibelhauser. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Gloria Eldridge Bibelhauser; daughter, Dana Bibelhauser (Cory Brawand); sons, Richard “Ricky” A. Bibelhauser,Jr.

(Wendy), Daniel Charles Bibelhauser (Brittany); brother, Charles “Skip” Bibelhauser , Mark Bibelhauser (Pam); sister, Mary Loraine Bibelhauser , Mary Helen Rockey (Don); four grandsons and one granddaughter. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Ratterman Keenan Southwest Chapels, 4832 Cane Run Rd. with internment in Evergreen Cemetery.
