Obituary for Joseph Leon Allen Sr. Allen, Joseph L. Sr., 70, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Jewish Hospital with his family by his side. Joseph was born February 5, 1948 to the late Joseph & Mary Allen. He was a member of the old St. Columbia Catholic Church, American Legion Post 193 and a self employed mechanic.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother: John Allen and a sister: Peggy Crowe. Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 20 years: Charlyn A. Allen; two sons: Stanley Gustafason (Carmel), Joseph L. Allen, Jr. “Joe Joe”; one sister: Mary Jean Wilson; 3 brothers: James Allen (Judy), Michael Allen (Kim), Dennis Allen (Paula); eight grandchildren: Brian, J.J., Kennedy, Autumn, Lexie, James, Azalea and Aralea. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 21, 2018, at Salvation Army Portland Corps, 306 North 28th Street.
