Robert A. Suveges, 76, of Allegheny Twp. , PA, passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018 at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, PA. A son of the late Frank Paul “Chevy” Suveges and Edith Ida (Zanotto) Suveges, he was born October 12, 1941 in Natrona Heights, PA.

Robert was employed as a truck and carrier driver with the West Leechburg Works of Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corp. for 32 years before retiring in 1996. He was also a beloved bus driver with Moore’s Bus Inc. for 24 years in the Kiski Area School District.

He was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Leechburg and the Retirees of the U.S.W.A. in Leechburg. Bob enjoyed hunting, fishing, yard work and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his son, Brian Robert Suveges (Patricia Lee) of Allegheny Twp. , PA; two grandchildren, Carissa Lynn and Joshua Brian Suveges; a great-granddaughter, Hayden Lily Suveges; a great-grandson, Logan Joshua Suveges; and a brother, Bart J. Suveges of Plum Boro, PA. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the Leechburg Marconi Club Mirror Room.

Interment will be held at Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Clawson Funeral & Cremation Center, 170 Main Street, Leechburg (724-842-1051).
