Obituary for Robert “Bob” Morris, Jr. Robert “Bob” Morris, Jr., 65, of Dallas passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta.

Bob was a graduate of Rossville High School and then attended Dalton Junior College and the University of Georgia. He was an Investigator for the Cobb County Sheriff’s Department. Bob coached boy’s baseball in Kennesaw at Adams Park and was an avid outdoorsman.

He was the #1 UGA fan and pro-tailgater. Bob, a devoted family man, was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Renee Morris of Dallas, GA; daughter, Lindy Morris Haney and her husband, Jeff of Carrollton, GA and their children, Elizabeth, Allison, and Jackson; son, Tripp Morris and his wife, Danielle of Dallas, GA and their children, Carter and Hayden.

He was predeceased by grandson, Jeffrey Brian Haney, Jr. and his parents, Bob and Dot.
