A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Monday July 23, 2018 in the Chapel of Mayes Ward-Dobbins Funeral Home in Marietta, Dr. James O. Speed officiating. Robert is survived by his wife, Pat McNeel; son Josh McNeel and his wife Lindsey; two grandsons, Holden and Noah McNeel; four brothers, Billy McNeel, Bubba McNeel, Doug McNeel, and Jim McNeel.
