New Middletown – Robert C. Burnett, Jr. died Wednesday, February 27, at Vibra Hospital in Boardman. Robert was born October 4, 1971, in Youngstown a son Robert C. and Suzanne L. Miller Burnett, Sr He was a 1990 graduate of Springfield High School and was a lifelong area resident.

He was a Marine Sergeant and served from 1990 to 1996 and remained a Marine to the end. Robert worked as a maintenance mechanic for GE and most recently as a maintenance mechanic for Schwebel’s Baking Company. He was a member of the Johnson Club, loved shooting and was a gamer.
