Robert Compton, age 67, of Glenmont, Ohio passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at his home following an extended illness. There will be no services. Those wishing to share a memory or make online condolences may do so by visiting www.

alexanderfhinc.com. Robert was the son of Harvey Buck and Myrtle Elizabeth Compton. He was born June 29, 1950 in Pike County, Kentucky.

In 1969 he married Margaret Mullins, she survives. Robert previously worked for Frito-Lay. He enjoyed watching TV and going fishing.

Surviving in addition to his wife are 3 sons, Robert (Laura) Compton, Steve (Leslie) Compton and Jason (Melissa) Compton of all Millersburg, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Lillie and Jedi; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 6 siblings.
