Obituary of Robert Williams, Jr. Robert ”Bob” Williams, Jr., 90, of Hebron, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at his home. Born in Newport, Maine on November 16, 1927, he was the son of the late Robert Williams, Sr. and Edna McKenney. He is survived by 4 daughters: Shelley Robbins (Clifford), Tina Dashiell (Michael), Robin Welsh (Mark) and Dana Coliano (John) and grandchildren, Madison, Jack and Emily Coliano.

In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy W. Williams who died in 2010 and a granddaughter, Courtney Brooke Robbins. Bob attended NH Faye High School. He was a proud US Navy SeeBee Veteran for many years, served with the Maryland State Police and retired from the US Postal Service.

After his retirement he spent many years volunteering with many community organizations and in his later years volunteered with the Mason Dixon Woodworkers of Delmarva, making toys for children and delivering them at Christmas time. A private memorial service will be scheduled for a later date. The family would like to express great appreciation and thanks to Pecan Square Deli owner Steve Agha and his employees, his special friend Bob Shelter, and to all family, friends and neighbors who assisted and helped him in continuing to visit his friends on a daily basis, especially doing his crossword puzzle and breakfast at the Pecan Square Deli.
