Ron’s Obituary Ronald “Ron” Carl Baker, age 79, of Texarkana, Texas, died Friday, February 15, 2019, in a local nursing home. Mr. Baker was born April 2, 1939, in Foreman, Arkansas. He was a retired truck driver and a member of Hardy United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Geneva Ann Baker; three daughters, Sharon Westfall of Texarkana, Carole Baker (Kevin Curtis) and Lee Ann (Sean)Anderson both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; three sons, Don (Wanda) Baker of Kingston, Oklahoma, John (Daina) Free of Texarkana and Phillip (Tina) Yarber of Del City, Oklahoma; fourteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Chapelwood Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Chapelwood Funeral Home.
