Ronald was born in Hazard, KY on November 28, 1943 to the late Morton Carroll and late Gertrude Martin Carroll. Ronald attended O’Roark United Methodist Church in Russellville for 12 years.

Ronald enjoyed the University of Kentucky Wildcats, Hunting, Fishing and Gardening. He is preceded in death by his Brother: Donald Carroll, Son: A.J Thomas, Brother In-Laws: Elmer Cornett and Jim Land. Survived By: Wife of 12 Years: Faye Carroll of Russellville, KY Sons: Ronald Edward Carroll II of Glasgow, KY Brandy Carroll of Hazard, KY Daughters: Miletta Carroll Dunn and husband Paul (Dusty) of Glasgow, KY Misty Thomas of Russellville, KY Sisters: Joy Cornett of Hazard, KY Linda Land of Beattyville, KY Life Long Friend: Harold “Tex” Ball of Beaver Dam, KY Nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews Funeral Services for Ronald Edward Carroll will be conducted 11 AM Thursday March 28, 2019 in the O’Roark United Methodist Church with Bro.

Wayne Thomas and Bro. Kent Akin officiating. Burial will follow in the O’Roark United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Wednesday March 27, 2019 from 5-8 Pm in the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel. Visitation will begin at 10 AM until the funeral time at 11 AM Thursday in the O’Roark United Methodist Church. In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made to the O’Roark United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund in Memory of Ronald Carroll.

Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
