Russell’s Obituary Russell Clifford Eardley Jr, (91) of Hagerstown MD, devoted father of Pamela Eardley Clifton and Paula L. Eardley, grandfather of Mark, Beth, Laura, Sarah, great grandfather of Jaden, Alyiah, and Josiah, loving brother of George (Buddy) Eardley went home to be with our heavenly Father, March 13. 2019. Born February 3, 1928, in Williamsport MD, he was the son of the late Catherine (Silvers) Garrish and Russell Clifford Eardley.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. A member of the American Legion and Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. Retired Pharmaceutical Salesman, Pfiezer, Inc. In addition to his parents, Russ was preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Lois Elizabeth (Bailey) Eardley; two sisters, Delores and Connie; and brother Clifford.

The family will receive friends and family at Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 216 N Cleveland Ave. Hagerstown MD 21740, March 19, 2019 at 10:30 AM with the celebration of life service 11:30AM. A graveside service with military honors will immediately follow at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave Hagerstown, MD 21742 along with a fellowship reception.
