Obituary for Ruth Bridwell Creasy Ruth Bridwell Creasy Shongaloo, LA Graveside services for Mrs. Ruth Bridwell Creasy, 83, will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, April 20, 2018, at the Western Cemetery, Emerson, AR, with Bro. Todd Pickard officiating. Services will be under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home, Springhill, LA.

Mrs. Creasy was born on November 23, 1934 to Loy Barnett and Effie Leonna Caswell in Emerson, AR and passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 in Haynesville, LA. Mrs. Creasy was a former resident of Winter Park, FL and moved back to the Western Community in 1990. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her daughter, Pam Carter and husband, Johnny of Emerson, AR; son, Jeff Creasy and wife, Cheryl of Oviedo, FL; two grandsons, Dustin Carter, Ryan Carter and wife, Alex; granddaughter, Megan Myerson and husband, Michael; great-granddaughter, Saylor; sister, Betty Jo Higgins of Bossier City, LA and a number nieces and nephews.
