Mrs. Ruth Brincefield Scott, age 97 transitioned on August 26, 2018 at the Hospice Home. Mrs. Scott is the daughter of the late Rev. Joh Albert Brincefield and the late Mrs. Cora McCulley Brincefield.

She is survived by one daughter, Norma Scott. She was preceded in death by all of her siblings, Saunders Brincefield, John A. Brincefield and Lewis Brincefield, Flossie B. Covington and Ollie Mae B. Mason.
