77, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Lourdes Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents Herbert and Aleata Fritsch. She is survived by her children Charles C. and Christina Snedaker, Sr; Cynthia L. Byerly; Tammie Callahan; Andrew J and Christina Spisak; 13 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters Ruby Burge, Frieda Cotcamp; several nieces and nephews.

Sandra was retired from IBM and was an avid Giants fan. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, at 1:00pm, at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main St, Johnson City. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sandra’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, 441 West Kirkpatrick St, Syracuse, NY 13204.
