Sharon “Kay” Traylor, age 71 of Hot Springs passed Saturday, July 7, 2018. Kay was born on October 1, 1946 in Clarendon, the daughter of Manley Harris and Ruby Lavern Mitchell Harris. Kay married Joel E. Traylor on April 29, 1966, who preceded her in death.

She was Christian in faith and worked for Xerox for over 30 years as an assistant librarian. Kay loved to cook and she was good at it, cooking was her passion and she loved to try out new receipts on her friends and loved ones. She will be greatly missed.

Kay is survived by three sisters; Millie Sebring of Hot Springs, Patrica Fox of Brinkley, Kathy Best of Clarendon; a special nephew and his wife Sid and Paige Sebring of Trophy Club, Texas; sister-in-law, Ceil Bellenger of Searcy; her Best friend of over 50 years, Fidel Munoz, of Hot Springs; her loving canine pet, “Skipper” and a host of wonderful friends. All services will be private Pallbearers will be Family and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Neeraj Bharany and staff; Kindred Hospice staff for all their loving care, NPMC med surge nurses.
