Obituary for Shelby Jean Williams Print Shelby Jean Williams 75, of Blountville, TN. passed away peacefully Saturday morning, January 26, 2019. She was born to the late John & Laura Lyons Peters.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Fate Williams and a son John Williams, three brothers; JC Peters, Cecil Peters and Kermit Peters. Shelby was a housewife and full time mother all her life. Surviving is her son; Billy Williams (Sheri), two daughters; Debbie Owens (Jared), Tina Hicks (Tony), two grandsons; Casey Williams (Christy), Allen Himes, three granddaughters; Jessy Fields (Justin), Nina Anireno, Bobbi Busick, Three great-grandsons; Corey Anireno, Nolan Fate Williams, Blake Busick, two great-granddaughters; Sabrina Gibson (Dakota), Emma Busick, sister; Janice Peters, brother; Willie Peters and several nieces & nephews.

Shelby was a member of Feathers Chapel Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at East Tennessee Funeral Home from 1:00-3:00 pm with services to follow with Pastor Scottie ton officiating. Shelby will be laid to rest on Wednesday following the service at East Tennessee Cemetery in the Garden of Solomon.
